UTTS

National Vehicle Identification System (UTTS) was established and operated by the General Directorate of Mint and Stamp Printing House in line with the regulations of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.

UTTS ensures that vehicle plate information is automatically sent to new generation fuel pump payment recording devices in fuel sales at fuel stations.

UTTS Mobile users can order a Vehicle Identification Unit (TTB) by registering their taxpayer and vehicle information to UTTS through the application and complete the assembly process at authorized assembly points.

Vehicles with completed TTB installation can purchase fuel within the scope of UTTS and users can view their fuel purchase transactions through the application.
